


ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT TRAININGHyperformance Heathrow offers wholly customized athletic development training sessions by appointment, as well as testing for strength, explosive power, speed and functional movement. All athlete training sessions are private and conducted exclusively by Doug Harney, our program manager, a veteran exercise and sports performance practitioner.
INITIAL CONSULTATIONEvery athlete relationship begins with an initial consultation, which gives Doug and the prospective client a chance to interview one another, and Doug the opportunity to learn from the athlete what skills—e.g., rotational movement, joint stability, rate of force development—need to be acquired and perfected for maximal sport performance.
GROUP FORMATIONWe encourage the formation of small training groups comprised of friends, neighbors or team members either participating in the same sport, or sharing similar biological development and training goals. We believe that camaraderie and friendly competition are energizing and motivating, and groups help encourage fully committed participation by all members.
SESSION DURATIONTraining sessions generally last 60 minutes, but may run a bit shorter or longer.
STUDIO TRAINING FEESHyperformance Heathrow is designed to accommodate private training for individuals and small groups of two, three, four or five. Per-session fees for studio training vary according to group size.
OFFSITE TRAINING FEESDoug is available for training athletes individually or in small groups at their homes, schools or other suitable facilities. Per-session fees for offsite training vary according to group size and Doug’s time commitment.
ELITE TRAINING FEESDoug is available for training elite athletes at Hyperformance Heathrow, offsite and/or online. Per-session fees for elite training vary according to the status of the athlete and the arrangements made.
